Aerotek Electromechanical Assembler in Deer Park, New York

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description:

  • Build machines and large assemblies

  • Perform electrical assembly for panels and cables

  • Ensure adherence to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

  • Inspect finished products for quality

  • Spray paint machine parts

  • Operate forklifts and overhead hoists,

  • Crate building

  • Basic facility maintenance tasks

Industry:

  • Automotive

  • Aerospace

  • Energy

Must Have:

  • Experience with industrial/mechanical assembly

  • Experience with electrical panel wiring (high voltage)

  • Knowledge in machine assembly

  • Ability to read and understand basic mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics

  • Proficiency in using hand tools, torque wrenches, and power tools

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay range is $22-27 per hour based on experience. Looking for candidates with strong mechanical/electrical assembly experience. OT Available.
