Eliot's Group Home supporting children referred by the Department of Children and Families is seeking a Clinician with experience working with latency age children; service delivery is STARR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model.

Eliot’s Social Services Division includes short-term community-based assessment programs and group homes for children (birth to 12 years old) and adolescents (13 to 21 years old). The programs are contracted with the Department of Children and Families and provide a safe, structured, and respectful environment for children and youth to thrive, change and grow by focusing on treatment, skill-building, and permanency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family. Prepare clinical formulations in order to guide goal development.

  • Commit to the principles of Wraparound and practice within a Family Driven and Youth Guided framework that embraces Family Voice and Choice.

  • Become trained in The Building Bridges, Trauma-Informed Care, and ARC (Attachment, Self Regulation, and Competency) and use these models within all aspects of the work.

  • Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan.

  • Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems including daily routines, behavior management, and safety plans.

Qualifications: Minimum MA degree and eligible for LICSW or LMHC license. LMHC or LICSW preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time 40 hours per week. Lynn

Salary range: Starting $70k
