Universal Metalcraft is seeking a Manual Machinist to join their TEAM!

- [The candidate will be able to machine on the following equipment:]{verdana=""}
- Manual Engine Lathes
- Knee Mills
- Horizontal Boring Mills
- Drill Presses
- Grinders
[SKILL REQUIREMENTS]{verdana=""}
- Be able to use Overhead Hoists and Forklifts
- Possess skills such as turning, boring, threading, and facing a must
- [Must be proficient with the following measuring tools:]{verdana=""}
- Micrometer
- Calipers
- Depth Gages
- Setup and use jigs, fixtures (collets), arbors, and mandrels
- Mathematical skills to compute angles, radii, bolt circles, and dimensions to .0005 inch
- Be able to do tool layouts, read blueprints, adjust speed, and feed rates, and depth of cuts.
- CNC Mill knowledge and Welding experience a plus
