Position: HVAC Technician - Corrections Facility
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Summary of responsibilities:
The HVAC Technician shall be responsible for corrective/preventative maintenance on:
- Boilers, including inspection, disabling boiler and cleaning
- Circulating pumps, including lubrication and alignment
- Air handler units, which includes checking belts, lubrication and proper alignment
- Exhaust fans/intake fans/roof top fans, which includes checking belts, lubrication and proper alignment
- Evaporators/refrigeration, which includes cleaning and checking refrigeration levels
This position is located in a correctional facility.
Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
