We are actively searching for anAccounting Managerto join our team.

This position will work closely with our business partners, ensuring seamless financial operations and supporting the company's objectives.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Must have construction Industry experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Preferred CPA.
• Prior management experience.
• Communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced experience in Excel.
• Work independently
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor project costs, expenses, and Work in Progress (WIP).
• Manage cash flow to support ongoing operations and project needs.
• Invoice clients and manage AIA billing.
• Follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Support financial inquiries as requested.
• Manage and participate in internal and external audits.
