Execution of the Ford Vendor Tooling Procurement Process includes:
Early On-Boarding EOB executed on Components identified as requiring early feasibility by tool shops
Effective Sourcing Approach insured by validating tool shop capability
Capable tool shop identification to insure competitive bidding
Transparency ensured by use of Fords Tool Break Down Sheets
Finalizing timely negotiations in support of Program Finance Freeze
