The Henry Ford Associate Marketing Project Manager, Operations in Dearborn, Michigan

Our Design & Marketing team are seeking an Associate Marketing Project Manager. As a vital part of the team, the person in this role serves as owner and contact for all design and marketing projects for operational use within The Henry Ford.

You will be responsible for managing and executing projects from beginning to end, developing creative briefs, confirming, and gathering information to effectively guide the creative process from concept through final production and delivery. You get to work with internal and external stakeholders, agency representatives and freelancers. Utilizes Workfront and other project management software to track and manage work.

This is a hybrid position with expectations of being available Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm for meetings and be on-site in Dearborn when needed for projects/meetings, etc. Reports to Marketing Resource Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Develops objectives, creative briefs and project scope in partnership with all relevant stakeholders and project owners.

• Meets with relevant stakeholders and or project/owners to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

• Coordinates logistics for marketing photoshoots

• Develops detailed project plans to track progress and manage reporting process.

• Manage changes in project scope, timelines and costs.

• Manage relationships with all stakeholders and project owners.

• Performs risk management analysis to minimize project risks and/or delays.

• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.

• The ability to effectively communicate project status to various levels within the institution.

• Experience with quoting work and managing budgets.

• Knowledge of project management process, workflow.

• Experience with project management software (Workfront, Monday.com, etc.)
