ManpowerGroup General Production Associate - Entry Level in De Pere, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the recycling industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the recycling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level
Location: De Pere, WI
Pay Range: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6am-230pm
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 6am-4pm when working overtime.
What's the Job?
Provide hands-on sorting and preparation support for producing accurate quality and quantity of recycled paper stock for mill customers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Sort materials, such as paper or plastics, into appropriate piles for further processing.
Remove foreign materials, such as metals, wood, and plastics, depositing materials into collection bins.
Stack and band pallets and Gaylords per requirements of the facility.
What's Needed?
Ability to show up for all scheduled shifts.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk/bend/lift continuously, and perform physical tasks.
Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
