TTEC Specialist, Logistics & Fulfillment in Daytona, Florida

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $37,440.00 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations? You’ll work in our logistics depot and oversee the work of logistics utility workers. Coordinate with Imaging Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator and Logistics Team of all immediate shipping needs and any upcoming waves or needs in the next few days. You’ll lead the quality control process on all packaging leaving the depot. You’ll also train all depot staff on quality control and packaging processes.
You’ll assist in packing products to ship and maintain inventory of shipping supplies. You’ll also research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
You’ll report to Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the business through maintenance, ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees and visitors.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Cross-trained with the Logistics Coordinator
Creates all shipping labels
Communicates regularly with FedEx
Uploads and maintains the Shipping Tracking reports and configures and uploads the end of day report before leaving for the day
Part of the shipping logistics distribution list that deals with various issues
Responds to and resolve complaints and problems
Monitors inbound and outgoing deliveries

Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
Experience working with electronic data
Sense of urgency
Computer literate
Physical Requirements:
Able to list and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
