Position Summary and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for duties which are deemed the responsibility of the Quality Department which may include some or all of the duties listed in this job description.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of customer required documentation for final product known as MRB (Material Record Book)
Verification of completeness/accuracy of MRB prior to submission
Submission of MRB or other final documentation to customers for approval
Final Inspection of product to IFS document number 10802 or other inspection documents as applicable
Records data as requested from inspection results (defect tracking, check sheets, etc.)
Communicates non-conformances as necessary to Quality Supervisor, Manufacturing Leads/Supervisors
Processing MRBs (Material Review Board)
Process audits/In-process quality reviews
Overtime/Weekends as required to meet business demands
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, plus
Minimum of one of the following:
Two year technical degree
One year technical certificate
5 years minimum experience in Quality Assurance
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work with changing demands in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Experience in reading technical drawings
Experience with Adobe software
Product knowledge helpful
Solder experience a plus
