The role you’ll contribute:
The Manager of Patient Transportation is responsible for managing departmental day-to-day operations. Oversees the Patient Transport services for their respective campus in East Florida Division. Optimizes efficiency, helps achieve the mission and goals of the department and Hospital, reduces costs, and results in outstanding customer service. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

· Responsible for managing departmental day-to-day operations.
· Oversees the Patient Transportation services.
· Assists in the coordination of operational improvements.
· Collaborates with leadership to ensure Department(s) are strategically aligned with the organization's mission and the department is contributing in a positive manner to the patient experience.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
· Associates Degree
· 3-5 years of progressive experience in Acute Healthcare Patient Transport Management
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
