Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure they align with plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Team Management: Direct subcontractors, crew members, and site personnel.

  • Scheduling: Develop and manage daily and long-term project schedules.

  • Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

  • Quality Control: Inspect work for adherence to specifications and quality standards.

  • Resource Coordination: Oversee materials, equipment, and labor allocation.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.

  • Issue Resolution: Address problems or delays and implement solutions promptly.

  • Documentation: Maintain logs, reports, and records of daily site activities.

  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses and work to prevent cost overruns.

  • Permit Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, permits, and regulations.

  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
