Job Brief Technical Program Manager DCS Infoscitex Sector has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to join our Dayton, Ohio Team. Our team of top-notch engineers, scientists, and computer scientists seeks a competent leader to ensure that programs meet cost, schedule, and technical and risk milestones; while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, strong employee engagement, and supporting business growth objectives. Essential Job Functions: In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and development of your team, overseeing successful program execution, maintaining, and growing excellent customer relationships. You could be asked to: Foster a progressive, productive, collaborative, and technically exciting work environment. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships. Conduct mentoring, supervision, and periodic evaluation of a multi-disciplinary team. Coordinate recruitment of technical staff and manage staffing plans. Conduct periodic reporting activities to articulate status to senior management. Requirements: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master level degree in similar engineering fields of study with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information: Active TS/SCI. Experience managing and leading technical development efforts with knowledge of systems engineering and software development processes. Ability to proactively formulate and execute strategies for successful contract performance and business growth. Understanding of government contracting process and lifecycle from NOCA to contract closeout. Ability to track technical progress and milestones, and report status. Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate this with customers, staff, subcontractors and company management. Ability to engage in discussions across all technical areas covered by the program in order to understand the mission and support the best approach to satisfying customer requirements, such as: software development processes, systems engineering; cyber; IT and cloud environments; web collaboration; and ISR sensor data, exploitation, algorithms, and processing. Experience coordinating the preparation and delivery of high quality, fully compliant contract deliverables in accordance with required due dates; as well as coordinating the execution of all administrative functions required by the contract such as contracting, subcontracting, purchasing, security, safety, etc. Some travel will be required for this position. •DCS Corp is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity/Male/Female/Veterans/Pay Transparency Employer
