Description
South Dayton company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately!
Job Responsibilities:
Actively seeking to understand the customer’s needs and/or the root cause of the current inbound request
Acting as a customer advocate and seeking to take ownership of customer inbound requests through resolution
Managing inbound requests from customers
Resolving assigned customer inbound requests within established service levels and balancing workload
Managing and resolve functional escalations from the first level support team
This is a contract opportunity with the potential of contract to hire based on business needs. This position is working full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. For more information please call 937-224-8326.
Requirements
3+ years of previous customer service experience
Quick learner
Experience with CRM systems
