Position Overview Riverside Research prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions and the key to our success is our talented Program Managers. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Engineering and Support Solutions team to manage R&D contracts for the Air Force customer. This position will be responsible for all program management functions including supervising a diverse technical team, fostering customer relationships, overseeing financials, cost, and schedule for a variety of projects and contracts, and identifying on contract growth opportunities. This is a full-time position in Beavercreek, OH. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Responsibilities * Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders * Supervise and mentor a large, technically diverse team * Execute independently program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports/briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders * Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking * Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs * Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals * Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required qualifications: * Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business/management, or related fields * 5+ years of program managing R&D contracts for the Department of Defense * 5+ years of experience managing a technically diverse team * Experience managing financials across a variety of projects and contracts * Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and procurement activities * Experience in proposal development process * Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholders * Ability to identify and execute on-contract growth opportunities Desired qualifications: * Master's Degree in Engineering, Business/Management, or Related Fields * 10+ years of experience program managing R&D contracts for an Air Force customer * Experience managing and/or working on Special Access Programs Global Comp This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
