Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Secret Clearance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Participates in development of software applications.
Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
Acts as team leader on projects.
Will be using application programming interfaces using in X12/EDI, WTX, ITX, Mercator, and Data Stage integration tool.
Will also be using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
Performs agile and hybrid low-code application development
Works as part of a team and provides 24x7 support when/if required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in a related field, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Programming, etc.
5-10 years" experience with strong technical knowledge of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX or ITX), Mercator, Data Stage, Web Methods, or other ETL tools
Experience with Unix or Linux systems
Experience with EDI Integration Tools
Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Security + Certification will be required, but as long as the candidate is willing and capable that"s not a requirement up front.
Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
Considerable experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IATM Level II and relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
Preferred experience in environments with rigorous change/configuration management processes
