Your Title: Software Implementation Project Manager Job Location: Remote, US Our Department: Trimble Owner and Public Sector Are you up to the challenge of being in a highly visible role, working directly with both new and existing clients to implement and deploy the Trimble Unity platform (powered by Cityworks)? We're looking for someone with strong technical know-how, especially in asset management and GIS, who also has a high level of business acumen, hands-on experience, and collaborative skills. You'll use these skills to help both new and existing customer develop and deploy best practices to realize their vision and drive toward their organization's goals. You'll become our customers trusted advisor, while also interfacing with Trimble staff to ensure long term client success and retention. What You Will Do The successful candidate will work directly with new and existing customers to configure and deploy the Trimble Unity platform as a critical part of their organization's enterprise business systems. This role will coordinate closely with other internal teams to ensure the long-term success of our clients through a successful deployment of Trimble solutions. Market focus in municipal and local government, public works, utility districts, transportation, and related segments, including community development. Responsible for all aspects of the installation, configuration, and client rollout of Trimble Unity Maintain, and Trimble Unity Permit. Understand the vision and drivers for how Trimble, and Esri technology integrates/interfaces with to help streamline client workflows. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for client; providing guidance and input on industry best practices, relevant technology strategies, architectures, and successful deployment methodology. Coordinate regularly with the Trimble Customer Success Team to maintain an ongoing dialogue regarding active client projects and any impact on client success/retention. Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels always representing the company in a professional manner. Actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meeting on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within all departments across the company. Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform and/or the Trimble Unity platform. 3+ years of project management and/or technical management experience. A high level of ethics, professionalism, and confidence. Ability to work in a high paced environment. Attention to detail a must. Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude and an extremely strong drive. A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. Effective time management, decision making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, managing multiple priorities, and presentation skills. Strong technical know-how, especially in asset management and GIS, and hands-on experience. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize work while meeting deadlines. Eagerness to learn areas such as industry knowledge, Trimble and Esri solutions, and corporate processes. Leadership: ability to motivate and coach peers by example. Ability to develop procedures for improvement. Bachelors in computer information systems, computer science, geography, GIS, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
