Adecco US, Inc. Sales Support Professional/Order Management Specialist in Dayton, Ohio

Adecco’s client is seeking an Order Processing Specialist/Sales Administrator to join their team in Dayton, OH.

What you’ll do:

· Process customer orders through various channels.

· Provide support for sales teams and customers regarding order status and inquiries.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

· Minimum high school degree (2-4 years degree preferred).

· Experience in order administration, sales support, or related field (beneficial but not mandatory).

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

· Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

· Familiarity with trade compliance and revenue recognition.

Note:

This role is Hybrid; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Dayton, OH.

Pay Details: $23.63 per hour
