Express Employment Professionals in West Carrolton, OH is now seeking a full-time *Quality Team Leads. *
Pay Rate: $16 an hour, paid weekly
Schedule: 1^st^ , 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Job Type: Full-time; temp to perm
Quality Team Lead job duties include.
- Provide training, guidance, and oversight of team members
- Verifies inspection personnel compliance through process and product audits
- Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation for all assigned projects
- As a working Team Leader, perform continual inspection and rework of product as required
- Provide performance feedback of assigned team members to SIS, Inc. Management Team
* Qualifications*
- HS diploma or GED equivalency
- Basic math skills
- Detailed oriented
- Solid interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years of manufacturing/quality inspection experience is a plus
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license and be willing to work in multiple locations
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as assigned
- Must be able to walk, stand, 35-50 pounds
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for an entire shift
