Quality Assurance Manager Duties Include for light manufacture, 30 persons private company since 1980:
- Determines Quality Assurance personnel and equipment resource requirements
- Management Representative ISO 9001:2015
- Participates in developing the Quality Policy
- Establishes quality objectives
- Establishes implements and maintains QMS procedures
- Reviews and approves QMS procedures
- Conducts Management Reviews of the QMS performance
- Promotes the awareness of Customer requirements throughout the organization
- Administers the Customer Feedback processes
- Maintains the Customer Contact System
- Administers the "Employee Continuous Improvement Program"
- Responds to Customer contacts
- Initiates and authorizes process improvements
- Supervises Receiving Inspection and Final Inspection
- Supervises high pressure and vacuum testing
- Performs inspection and testing
- Supervises Quality Engineering
- Administers the Nonconformance System
- Reviews and approves new designs and design changes-ECO Process: assures quality procedures, processes and tools are defined & made available.
- Initiates and maintains production and QA work instructions
- Maintains and administers quality records.
- Plans, schedules, supervises and conducts both internal and supplier audits
- Manages the inspection and testing equipment calibration system
- Maintains Inspection and test equipment
- Monitors and evaluates supplier quality
- Initiates, evaluates, and maintains the Corrective Action System
- Conducts QMS training
- Conducts ISO training
A minimum of five years' experience in a Management or Supervisory position with ISO 9001 experience. Industrial or Quality Engineering degree required.
