Qualifications -
- 2 Years proven maintenance experience (HVAC Plumbing Electrical Painting)
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market, Construction costs and bidding and Fair Housing rules.
- Ability to support and contribute to a team
- Valid Driver's License & Insurance
- Tools and Transportation
- Pass background check and drug test
