Because we believe that everyone deserves more time to live life to its fullest. The IT Help Desk Specialist: Ensures the configuring and installing of PCs is completed accurately. Assists System Administrator with server administration and network administration. Assists users with computer solutions in a cooperative, friendly manner. Performs administration, preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement of non-standard Solvita equipment. Develops and maintains documentation such as Help Desk problem resolutions and Help Desk tips for all aspects of job. Performs other duties as assigned.
