Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair a fleet of Citation and Hawker jets. The ideal candidate will manage accurate maintenance records, perform maintenance planning, and oversee inspections, repairs, and modifications as assigned. This role involves comprehensive maintenance from tip to tail of aircraft.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair Citation and Hawker jets.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and perform maintenance planning.
Oversee inspections, repairs, and modifications.
Perform comprehensive aircraft maintenance.
Essential Skills
A&P License
Experience in aircraft maintenance
Skills in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft
Familiarity with inspection processes
Ability to perform line maintenance and engine maintenance
Experience with phase maintenance and heavy maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Citation, King Air, or Hawker aircraft is a plus.
Airline experience is advantageous.
Entry-level A&P's with a good work history are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Corporate aircraft, General aviation, and Turboprop.
Knowledge of Avionics, and experience with Bombardier, Challenger, Learjet, Beechcraft, Cessna, Gulfstream, and Falcon.

Work Environment
Work in a clean aircraft hangar environment. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10% overtime. This role is based in the Dayton, OH area, and we are looking for committed individuals who seek long-term employment.
