Description We are in the search for a dedicated Project Accountant to be a part of our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Davie, Florida. The role entails the efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking corresponding actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the coordination of travel for crew and global teams, including booking flights

• Use SAP to initiate projects and generate invoices

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with precision and accuracy

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data

• Oversee accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Handle project coordination tasks efficiently

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is essential

• Practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Ability to handle Travel Coordination is preferred

• Strong skills in Coordination are important

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Experience with Invoice processing is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience in Project Coordination is highly valued
