VentureTech Solutions Director of Affiliate Marketing in Davie, Florida

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of Affiliate Marketing Managers

  • Complete ownership of your portion of the account management business which means hitting monthly and quarterly revenue and KPI goals.

  • Document communication, contacts, IOs and opportunities. Maintain organized and up-to-date records/reports on your portion of the account management business on a weekly basis.

  • Proactively identify incremental opportunities with existing accounts in order to scale revenue.

  • Work closely with Production and Ad Operations teams to develop and execute monthly. testing and optimization plans for Key Accounts to increase performance, revenue and scalability. Collaborate with Accounts to optimize front end Ad Copy/Creative to increase quality, click through rates and click to conversion rates.

  • Provide feedback and support to management and functional peers in order to streamline and improve efficiency of current and new processes as well as improve our products and services.

  • Coordinate cross functional efforts between Media, Media-Ops and Ad-Ops for major campaign changes (pricing/budget updates, compliance updates, product changes etc.)

  • Strategize, plan, and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to meet quarterly OKRs.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.

  • Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines and compliance standards.

  • Regularly analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and affiliate partners.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

  • Negotiate terms and commission structures with new and existing affiliate partners.

  • Draft and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring clear expectations and compliance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.

  • Recommend and implement best practices to stay competitive in the market.

  • Sharing knowledge on industry trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the affiliate space.

    Requirements for a Director of Affiliate Marketing

  • 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing

  • Have an understanding of affiliate tracking platforms

  • Adept at leveraging data visualization tools like Looker to manipulate data and extract insights

  • Have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines

  • Willingly takes the initiative, consistently does more than is required and actively participates as part of a cross-functional team

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
