Trane Technologies is currently seeking an Associate Program Manager, Data Science. As an Associate Program Manager, Data Science, you will be responsible for working on global digital data science projects and programs with the different SBUs and regions across Trane Technologies (identifying opportunities for collaboration across BUs and regions.) You will also work with the AI teams across Trane Technologies. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various data science programs to support our organization's digital initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation and delivery of data-driven projects.

Where is the work:

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC office location.

What you will do:

  • Understand and contribute to the development of data science programs, projects and strategies to accelerate and advance Digital transformation in Trane Technologies, working cross-functionally with the Digital leaders in various SBUs and regions.

  • Collaborate with other data scientists in SBUs as required.

  • Ensure availability of necessary data resources and infrastructure to support program goals.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and analytics.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and delivery.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to support program requirements.

  • Develop and maintain program schedules, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.

  • Monitor and report program status to the CDO and senior digital management teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in data science.

  • Understanding of machine learning and AI fundamentals.

  • Skill with data visualization and analytics.

  • Experience in project management methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively and cross-collaboratively on a global scale.

  • Results-oriented.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
