Als Ingenieur im Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d) lösen Sie höchste Ansprüche ein - unsere eigenen und die unserer Kunden. Sie erstellen und lenken Q-Dokumente, agieren als 1st und 2nd Party Auditor und stellen auf diese Weise die Normenkonformität innerhalb unserer Batteriefertigung auf System- und Prozessebene sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen

• Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen System- und Prozessaudits nach aktuell gültigen Automobilnormen

• Nachbereitung von Audits und Maßnahmentracking bei Abweichungen

• Fortlaufende Aktualisierung der Prozesslandschaft inkl. der gültigen Verfahrens-, Prozess und Arbeitsanweisungen

• Vorbereitung von Q-Management-Reviews

• Erstellung von Pflege von Qualitätshandbüchen und Schulungsunterlagen

• Planung und Durchführung interner Schulungen rund um das Thema Zertifizierung, Audit und Prozessmanagement

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit

• ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

• fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsingenieur/-in im Fahrzeugbau oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

• fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse in den Normen IATF 16949 und/ oder ISO 14001, 45001 und 50001

• von Vorteil ist eine Auditoren-Q ualifikation nach ISO 19011

• Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
