Insight Global Mechanical/Civil Project Manager in Darlington, Maryland
Job Description
A large utilities client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team for a long term project. They will be responsible for Site mechanical/civil projects. They have a large number of ongoing projects in maintaining and upgrading a local dam. The projects have traditionally been managed by our engineers, but we'd like to have a dedicated project manager to run these. They will be responsible for Multiple smaller level projects that will need coordination between site engineering, contracted installer resources, and site operations. They are looking for someone with some background in the civil/mechanical space with a preference on someone who has worked in Power generation or similar industrial industries. This position is hybrid onsite 3-4 days a week in Darlington, MD.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in industrial projects, with a focus on mechanical/civil projects
- Tracking of schedule and budget with collaboration of site engineers, contractors, and site operations.
- Experience with RFPs in construction -- particularly with projects with a high environmental/regulatory focus
- Tracking action items and following up with the appropriate individuals to get resolution
Ensuring issues are quickly identified and raised up for support in resolution null
