Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a highly respected distribution company on the North Shore looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team. This role is direct-hire, and will report into an Accounting Manager. The job is based in office.
Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 3 years of professional experience, and a proven track record in both B2B collections, and credit analysis. The selected candidate should have above average Excel skills and good ERP system skills.
For the right skillset our client is looking pay the selected candidate a base salary around $70-80K. The benefits are very good, and there's lots of real growth opportunity.

Requirements • Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient in Billing processes
• Experience in Cash Applications
• Knowledge of Cash Collections
• Familiarity with Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Credit Analysis is a must
