Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3-5 years of experience in the field. This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated professional who is comfortable working independently and servicing a variety of commercial clients, particularly with commercial rooftop units. The ideal candidate will be on call once every six weeks and must be able to work independently after a two-week shadowing period.
Responsibilities
Service a variety of commercial clients, focusing on commercial rooftop units.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Be on call once every six weeks, providing necessary services and support.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with commercial rooftop units.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
EPA certification preferred.
Electrical knowledge.
Experience working in commercial construction.
History of employment for 2+ years at one company.

We offer a company truck, a long-term position, and competitive compensation. When on call, you will receive $200 a week even if there are no calls, and 1.5x pay for door-to-door services.
Work Environment
Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be on call one week out of every six. After a two-week shadowing period, you will be expected to work independently.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
