Strategic Recruiter
Position Overview
The Strategic Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent (internally & externally) across the enterprise that aligns with the company’s business objectives. This role involves proactive sourcing, relationship building, and partnership with hiring managers and the Talent Strategy & Culture Enablement team to identify and fulfill critical hiring needs. The Strategic Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding and workforce planning efforts to support the company’s long-term goals. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is a member of the TA Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define position requirements, craft compelling job postings, and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, market mapping, and referrals, to identify and engage with high-caliber talent.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future openings.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment analytics to monitor hiring metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruiting strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s employer brand, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and diversity recruiting efforts.
Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition
Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Deep understanding of sourcing tools and processes
Experience recruiting for specialized or technical roles, including sales
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies and tools.
Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Ability to travel 10% of time
