Position Overview

Description

The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for executing (BRAND) digital marketing efforts and managing branded websites and platforms . This role involves developing and execut ing digital campaigns, optimizing channel performance , and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve marketing objectives .

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborat e internally with other Digital teams to execut e the digital marketing strategy for BRAND, encompassing various digital channels, including website, sea rch , paid media, emai l and social .

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Partner with external agencies and internal SME s to leverage expertise in areas such as a udience targeting / segmentation , SEO, content strategy and marketing automation.

  • Align the website strategy with the brand strategy and standards and the broader organizational goals and strategies.

  • Research, track, and analyze competitors, marketplace trends, and consumer behaviors and create strategies to turn those insights into action.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the digital space.

  • Manage all website updates and partner with internal IT and Digital teams on site priority and planning initiatives.

  • Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations. Keep the website's domain , hosting registratio n, and certifications current.

  • Manage all paid media efforts internally and with agency partners , including developing and monitoring campaign budgets.

  • Develop social media strategy for the brand . Work with the creative team to craft compelling and relevant social media campaigns and content, including posts, images, videos, and graphics that align with the brand's tone and voice.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or IT related field

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or related field

  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital and social media platforms and best practices

  • Experience with managing paid media campaigns and budgets a plus

  • Experience working with agency partners.

  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
