Reference #: 85347-363216 GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: To ensure programs meet the customeris scope requirements, schedule, and budgeted profit. This position will manage one or more priority programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget.) Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans. Establishes Program organization and structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff) Maintains on-going communication with customer to accomplish program goals. Reviews and approves waivers, deviations prior to submittal to customer. Reviews PDR/CDR presentations. Creates sub-contract work breakdown structure. Creates master milestone schedule. Communicates program status to rest of organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in a Business, Engineering or related discipline 5+ years of related experience Experience in a leadership role on a Department of Defense program, either in an Engineering or Program Management capacity preferred Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and how to apply it to contracts as a Program Manager.
WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office environment Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones) Ability to lift up to 10 pounds Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required
