Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to support and grow our Topgolf Swing Suite partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners’ success by fostering strong relationships, delivering exceptional onboarding, and providing ongoing support to maximize their performance.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Launch Engagement

  • Collaborate with Topgolf Swing Suite partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all key stakeholders are trained on:

  • Technology Usage: Understanding and utilizing our systems effectively.

  • Marketing Strategies: Developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

  • Sales Programs: Implementing proven strategies to enhance partner success.

  • Best Practices: Sharing tailored insights to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Post-Launch Support

  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Topgolf Swing Suite partners, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

  • Business Optimization: Assess partner performance, identify opportunities for growth, and propose actionable solutions.

  • Issue Resolution: Work proactively to address and resolve challenges hindering partner performance.

Performance Maximization

  • Regularly evaluate and report on partner performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools, resources, and strategies that enhance partner success.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in hospitality operations, marketing, or sales roles.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
