In this role, you will:

  • This group sits within Cyber Security, specifically supporting Identity and Access Management tied to risk based improvements within the organization. The ideal candidate will come with... and have a strong Risk based background tied to issues management, risk management, cyber security frameworks such as NIST.. ect.

  • The applications that they support come from the engineering team- this team is responsible for building out multiple IAM applications so that anyone being onboarded/needing access will be users of these applications. What we know is that today there has been a focus put on the risk side of IAM as a majority of security has been operations focused historically.

Contract Duration: 12 months

What are the day to day responsibilities?

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables.

  • Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Data Reporting Analyst (Power Bi)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting IAM related reporting functions within Power BI. Someone who has come from a Tableau background will also work. The goal of this person is to manage the end to end reporting requests for IAM, who is a strong executor and has a strong background in managing timelines and dates. This level of reporting could be general all the way up to executive level reporting.

  • Implement standardized, automated reporting solutions to ensure consistency in reporting across 48 low-critical issues. Responsibilities are inclusive of managing 12 standing weekly and monthly reporting cadences that report up to Sr. Leaders, Executives, and formal governance committees.

  • Drive monthly Registry and Jira updates to ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management Policy and Implementation Risk Designation

  • Implement Jira and Tableau reporting to support issue execution across 48 issues including three critical initiatives.

  • Experience with Aggregating data and general reporting(someone who can aggregate data at different levels)

  • Someone who can satisfy minimal aspects such as product requests

  • Excellent communication skills- Strong execution driven skills- needs to under who their audience is and who they are pulling the reports for

  • Current issue things are cutting it too close currently, need someone who can be proactive and predict the issues 3+ weeks out to prevent deliverable delays

QA/QC Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Quality control and quality assurance of Quality evidence packages, closure packages for executing controls and validating packages, and can present the data so that it is ready to go from a an audit perspective. Issue management within IAM

  • OA issue and CA language including evidence and success criteria for all issues.

  • QA evidence packages for controls to increase the likelihood of successful TOD/TOP

  • QA ICE ticket response to LODs, average 30 a month, to ensure LOD monitoring and testing requests across 48 issues are accurate and consistent.

  • QA ISMs to increase successful Audit validation.

Project Manager: Lifecycle Management x2

The Security LOB has the largest set of issues within the portfolio and can help with general efficiencies', processes and help through and refine the processes end to end. The current environment today, she has initiative leads that are over the grouping of issues, and issue contacts are aligned to issues and are responsible for pushing them forward and ensuring dates are met. They align her team by themes as sometimes this group will swing based off of current issues. They need someone who can pop in and can help where needed. They need to be able to drive, ensuring risk and issues are escalated.

  • Drive pre-vetting, capture, and planning Veritas processes for LOD and self-identified IAM issues to ensure 10-day pre-vet, 14-day capture, and 45-day plan SLAs are not breached.

  • Monitor issue progress throughout the lifecycle to ensure all issues close successfully on time.

  • Manage modifications and testing evidence for controls including TOD, TOP, Validation

  • Manage ICE tickets to ensure LOD monitoring and testing requests in support of issue validation/closure for 48 issues are answered accurately and on time.

  • Strong experience executing projects and driving initiatives

  • Experience working with issue management tools(previous WF Veritas experience is HIGHLY preferred)

  • Someone who has experience working with SLA's, process escalations ect.

Business Process Analyst:

In this role they are looking for someone who can find efficiencies and is supporting implementations. This could include someone who can help with process escalations, shepherd and refine (veritas- process SLA)

  • Drive documentation and execution of process standardization including defining thematic milestone and task templates that support consistent issue planning and execution across issues.

  • Drive documentation and execution of defined lifecycle management processes

  • Leverage Confluence, SharePoint, roadshows, office hours, to drive self-serve educational resources and knowledge base to support issue best practices, risk management routines, and LOD engagement processes.
