Royal Electric Superintendent (Commercial/Resi) in Dallas, Texas

We have a current opening for a Superintendent to support our commercial/multi-family projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.

The Superintendent will work in coordination with the GC/Sub(s)/Customer(s) in management of the project, project schedule and employees on the project. The Foreman will act in a leadership capacity in maintaining productivity, safety, QC, scheduling, and a multitude of other factors that lend to successful project completion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Journeyman/Master Electrician License

  • 3-5 years of progressive field leadership positions

  • A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform a variety of tasks under multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Excellent knowledge of the Building Codes

  • Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid
