We are seeking a task and detail oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in the Dallas area. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks and provide support to the property management team and finance team by ensuring accurate financial reporting for multiple properties. This is a very high volume, transactional accounting role. Prior experience working with multiple properties is required. Responsibilities
High volume accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities
Perform month end duties such as account reconciliations and financial statement analysis
Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with lease agreements
Assist in collections as needed
Assist in annual budget process
Assist in year end reconciliations including CAM and property tax assessments
Set up balance sheet and new accounts in software
