This job is a member of the Finance Team, within the Finance Division.
Responsible for promoting business effectiveness and efficiency through process improvement while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.
What you'll do
Supports the development and implementation of strategies, plans, objectives and procedures across the entire organization
Provides financial guidance to related departments/divisions when required
Ensures financial discipline, management, and controls are adhered to in line with corporate goals and objectives
Drafts and integrates processes and procedures utilizing best practices
Develops recommendations for senior leadership
Assists in cascading plans across departments/divisions
Ensures business planning and purpose are incorporated in all processes for technology, business and human capital investments
Enhances alignment between business processes and information technology
Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and desired state; recommends
solutions
Designs and develops process improvement measuresManages business relationships to ensure that various departments/parties involved in projects are aligned with each other and working together toward the common goal
Negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple areas
Coordinates and forecasts human capital in line with project demands
Performs other duties as required
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
MBA or equivalent experience/training
Experience supervising financial staff
5 years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting, plus exposure to information technology
Experience with human capital tracking and forecasting
Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysisxperience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- MBA with concentration in Finance
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Experience with process mapping and writing
Experience with sensitivity and gap analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Ability to build and make presentations to senior management
Excellent analytical skills
