About the Role:
In this role you will provide leadership, oversight, expertise, and direction to the compliance and risk management program for the Credit Risk Management IT product line as a member of the Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Management team within Dallas Integrated Technology Services (ITS). This role will report to the Dallas ITS Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Manager.
You Will:
Develop, govern, and maintain the compliance and risk management program for the organization, including self-audit initiatives within the organization.
Serve as the subject matter expert for risk management issues and oversight; develop and lead risk management strategies to avoid non-compliance.
Serves as the organization’s liaison for all Federal Reserve Bank audits, Board of Governor examinations, SOX/COSO testing, and other audits and reviews.
Responsible for ensuring the organization follows through on any findings and any open items are managed from initiation to closure.
Responsible for staying informed and providing suggestions to management on industry trends and best practices for compliance and risk initiatives.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of risk management, audit, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in establishing risk management practice preferred.
Certified Information Systems Auditor preferred.
Excellent communication skills with emphasis on the ability to clearly communicate compliance and risk management program information effectively to various stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, customers, vendors, and senior management.
Excellent ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts, and manage cross-functional and external relationships; demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence across organizational and management structures.
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
