Summary
We are seeking a self-driven Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing monthly commission schedules for portfolio clients, including reporting and analysis of marketing funds and allowances. The role requires expertise in creating ad-hoc complex Excel reporting, presenting business insights to leadership, and collaborating effectively across various departments. The Senior Business Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing leadership dashboards, recaps, and analyses used for KPIs and performance tracking, as well as participating in the forecast and budgeting process.
This position will support our Finance team and is eligible to work a remote schedule. Our ideal candidate will sit in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates in the following locations:
Kearny, NJ
Las Vegas, NV
Nashville, TN
Orlando, FL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the monthly commission statement process, reconciling sales and contractual commission allowances.
Conduct reporting and analysis of marketing funds and allowances.
Collaborate with the Portfolio VP of Sales to support large portfolio reporting and analysis.
Work with different locations to provide variance analysis recaps.
Develop data-driven strategic reporting, focusing on churn and growth analysis.
Create presentations and communication plans to effectively convey financial insights.
Participate in the forecast and budgeting preparation process.
Generate performance reports to monitor company initiatives.
Contribute to pricing proposals and event projections.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited college or university with a concentration in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Prior experience in Planning & Analysis and/or financial reporting of business results.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with data management, gathering, analyzing, and providing insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with locations and business units.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple summary format.
