Do you have a solid understanding of learning combined with practical experience building and implementing curriculum? Join the Global Sales Enablement Team as a Learning Journey Curriculum Designer! Our team is responsible for ensuring our Sales organizations are growing their skills and enabled to perform their job.

Your Impact:

Your role as an experienced curriculum designer is responsible for: 1) helping design and automate role-based learning journeys, 2) developing the tools, templates, and training materials that help our Enablement team create better quality self-paced and instructor led learning experiences for all employees, and 3) bringing your expertise to a team of passionate enablers and sales/solutions professionals, working with them to build a comprehensive curricula.

You'll be working on:

  • Designing Learning Curriculum and Courses

  • Develop standards for the development and deployment of courses and curriculum for a variety of Professional roles (e.g., Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Sales Leaders, etc.).

  • Co-design with Subject Matter Experts to develop both in-person and e-learning courses against an ambitious competency matrix that covers soft skills, product skills, etc.

  • Use data and internal reviews to make recommendations for how to develop curricula goals.

  • Map role-based learning journeys from hire to retire.

  • Capture feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve and update learning following defined maintenance and governance

  • Creating Tools, Templates and Checklists

  • Conduct needs assessment and review instructional design standards.

  • Review materials in current practice and external benchmarks.

  • Create and monitor formative assessments.

  • Build prototypes and refine with feedback from learners and stakeholders.

  • Create professional materials that are accessible and focused on the targeted outcomes.

  • Building Training Materials

  • Design and develop creative and interesting materials appropriate for a given course.

  • Select and use a variety of techniques to define and sequence the instructional content and strategies.

  • Design instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners.

  • Evaluate and assess instruction and its impact on learners and the business.

You have:

  • 5-10 years of work experience in adult education, curriculum development or related field (education, professional training, etc.).

  • Portfolio of curriculum development

  • Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically sound learning experiences

  • Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

  • Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and deep LMS experience

  • Masters degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum, Education or similar field
