PDI Technologies Senior Project Manager in Dallas, Texas

Location: US Remote, Dallas, TX preferred  

Employee Level: Individual Contributor  

Career Level: Senior-level

What You Need:

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role leading projects in one or more of the practices:

  • Enablement of data and analytics platforms for customers

  • Customer technology implementations

  • Digital product rollouts

  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) digital marketing (CRM, paid media)

  • Retail technology (ex. loyalty programs, mobile app payment tech, point of sale)

  • Internal systems rollouts/ integrations

    The Opportunity:

    The Senior Project Manager leads client-facing projects and strategic internal initiatives likely spanning multiple business units. This role uses PMI principles to manage initiation through project closeout with heavy emphasis on quality, timely communication, and problem-solving. This role also includes managing issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Projects typically fall into the following categories: customer analytics technology enablement/integration, consumer app feature/product rollouts, consumer app partner marketing campaign rollouts, internal process improvement initiatives and new systems enablement/integrations.

    What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of technology projects

  • Facilitate the creation of project scope, goals, and deliverables with project stakeholders

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements with the project team

  • Develop stakeholder lists with effort/impact assessment

  • Create, implement, and evolve project communications plans with customers, project team, and senior leadership.

  • Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing project budget and resource allocation.

  • Manage and communicate project timeline progress and milestones using Monday.com

  • Track project performance actively through monitoring and controlling for change, issues and triggered risks. Familiarity with using project change logs and risk registers to document and provide awareness to project stakeholders.
