We are seeking a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer/Project Manager to support our vision of becomming the best water consulting firm. Responsibilities
Oversee engineering work in various engineering fields within the infrastructure practice such as pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.
Manage engineering designs and reports for medium to large sizes of moderate to high complexity projects.
Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
Direct several subordinate supervisors or team leaders.
Train and monitor internal staff.
Responsible for acting independently and making authoritative decisions on technical matters.
Develop signficant relationships with new and existing clients and responsible for client maintenance.
Support firm's relationships with client management personnel.
Responsible for identifying and directing subconsultants performing services on projects.
Active in professional associations, including presenting technical papers, serving as a member on technical committees, and/or serving as an officer of of a local or national organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
25 or more years of water and wastewater infrastructure with at least 15 years of experience in project management
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas
Demostrated experiences in the design and construction of medium to large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team
Preferred Qualifications
- Design and construction phase experience
