Summary
The Sales Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting strategic and tactical initiatives associated with Growth, including but not limited to; account and opportunity maintenance, managing key sales tools & services, programs and sales training. Key responsibilities include sales reporting and analysis, sales administration, sales training, maintenance of standard operating procedures. The sales analyst will execute and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
This position will support our Sales team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
Dallas, TX
Las Vegas, NV
Orlando, FL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working collaboratively across the organization, assists in developing and standardizing polices and processes to improve Sales Operations functions and other sales enablement responsibilities as needed
Create and Maintain CRM reports and dashboards for Leadership
Provides analysis of trends, gaps, and expirations to sales/leaders and related reporting
Create, analyze and recommend actions based on trends within key performance indicators
Maintaining Key Performance Indicators as assigned
Ensures continuity and successful delivery against these metrics
Fostering the culture of continuous improvement of services, seeking proactive approaches to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the Sales Operations supportive capabilities
Provide recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes
Provides Sales Operations representation in business analysis activities initiated by other departments to collaborate with business users and consult with other departments to ensure business impacts are appropriately addressed
Translates knowledge of business and operational processes into business requirements for CRM Team as needed
Conduct regular feedback among both users and executives on the process in addition to providing applicable training to internal customers, as needed
Coordinates with management and staff engaged in application development, coding, testing, user acceptance testing, and the live system to ensure business requirements are consistently represented and satisfied
Develops communications about process and system changes for impacted users and the Training Department
Act as a mentor to fellow sales analysts and provides informal coaching
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
5+ years of experience in some aspect of sales process (sales support, sales operations) is preferred
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications, SharePoint and Salesforce
1+ year of experience in developing reports using the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
