We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Real Estate Senior Accountant in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial in managing financial operations within the real estate sector. It involves the application of various skills like Month End Close, Private Real Estate, Year-end Financial Statements, Year-end Close, Year-end Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Roll Forwards, Form 1099, Partnership Tax, Journal Entries, Financial Statement, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis of real estate properties.

• Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account roll forwards.

• Oversee tasks related to partnership accounting, including the tracking of investment transactions and capital activity.

• Coordinate with external consultants for partnership taxes.

• Track, record, and report property revenues accurately within the property system.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Collaborate with the finance team for the development of financial forecasting and budgeting models.

• Utilize NetSuite software efficiently for managing financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements • Proven expertise in Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in Private Real Estate transactions and processes

• Experience in preparing Year-end Financial Statements

• Demonstrated ability in Year-end Close processes

• Skilled in Year-end Reporting

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately

• Familiarity with Roll Forwards techniques

• Experience in managing Form 1099 procedures

• Knowledge of Partnership Tax principles

• Proficiency in Journal Entries management

• Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
