Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Austin! This is an onsite position in a newly constructed building downtown.

Some things you can expect to do:

Provide administrative support to real estate management operations and backup support as needed to our building services group.

Answer phone calls and greet tenants and guests.

Communicate and work with property vendors.

Assist Property Coordinator to maintain and update tenant/vendor certificates of insurance.

Handle a high volume of tenant requests and special projects.

Manage conference center facilities and reservations for tenants and outside guests.

Track utility usage in EnergyStar.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management.

Strong organizational skills, basic accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.

Must have an intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.

You will really stand out if you have:

Working knowledge of MRI and JDE.

Experience in real estate management.

Compensation:

The base pay is $19.18 - $23.99 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
