This job is a member of the B2B Sales Tools Team within the Customer Intelligence Division.
Responsible for various projects which includes: gathering requirements from stakeholders, documenting those requirements and reviewing with IT, and ushering those requirements through the Agile IT process for successful implementation.
What you'll do
Acts as a liaison with technology providers to develop and manage project plans within established timeframes
Analyzes and gathers business requirements for multiple corporate initiatives simultaneously
Prioritizes requirements (user stories) for projects
Works closely with stakeholders to ensure reasonable timelines are set, reviews, and approves product design
Troubleshoots defects and data discrepancies
Performs user acceptance testing (UAT) for projects
Works with Training on training plans and knowledge transfer
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
3 years or more in project management, improving customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally
Demonstrated expertise in any CRM platform, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations
Strong aptitude for problem solving and analytics
Ability to transform requirements into process flows and to analyze data for problem solving using tools such as Visio and Excel
Ability to take ownership of role by exercising good judgement and making decisions with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional collaboration skills
