SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate has experience with both paid and organic marketing and is naturally motivated by next-level performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, and SEO.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns to meet acquisition and revenue goals, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI maximization.
- Analyze data and key metrics to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting assets and landing pages.
- Audit operator sites for technical, on-page, and local SEO opportunities and implement or recommend implementation respectively.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign performance and explore new opportunities.

TRAVEL
Some planned and pre-scheduled overnight travel will be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in managing digital campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including interpreting complex data sets and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS editing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Conductor, Moz, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications in relevant marketing platforms/tools are a plus.
