AT&T Lead Product Management & Develop in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management and Development lead to join our Mid-Market commercialization team to play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our Commercialization lead and prospecting technology solutions.

You will be responsible for spearheading the development and enhancement of our B2B sales and marketing platforms tailored for the Mid-Market segment. Leveraging your proven expertise in sales & marketing technology and B2B lead management, you will lead the end-to-end process of lead management, ensuring seamless integration of our platforms into clients' marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver modern lead management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of B2B marketing platforms targeted at the Mid-Market segment.

  • Drive the end-to-end lead management process, from lead generation to conversion, leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies.

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and execute product roadmap initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable product enhancements.

  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback, address customer pain points, and optimize platform usability and functionality.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources to enable successful adoption and usage of marketing technology platforms.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in marketing technology and B2B lead management, continuously enhancing product offerings and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in product development and management within the marketing technology industry, with a focus on B2B marketing platforms.

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead management processes and best practices, with a track record of driving successful lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies to optimize lead management processes.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive product innovation and optimization.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach, able to anticipate market needs and develop solutions to address them.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results under tight deadlines.

Our Lead Product Management & Development, earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
