Summary

We are looking for a Lead LMS Administrator, who will be responsible for the overall maintenance and usage of Freeman LMS: SuccessFactors, company-wide, including the day-to-day operations as well as any improvements to the system and processes. This position will report to the Senior Director - Learning. In addition to experience with self-paced digital learning, the ideal candidate will bring a passion around learner engagement and a willingness to experiment and try new things, and the ability to work in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment.

This position will support our Learning & Development team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to reimagine our approach to digital learning solutions and create a coherent vision for engaging, personalized, an effective learning experience

  • Bring new ideas and creativity to the team - challenge our thinking and help us stretch

  • Responsible for modifying and publishing content, creating courses, maintaining certifications, accurate audience assignments etc.

  • Responsible for the ongoing support of the LMS and resolution of any issues, including working with HRIS on employee and managers issues

  • Partners with outside consultants and our LMS System Provider on configuration changes, including requirement specifications, testing, roll-out and recommended system enhancements

  • Delivers training on system usage to end-users within HR and business, as well as any instructions needed to employees & managers

  • Works with the business to define requirements related to training management of the LMS

  • Stays up to date on upcoming releases and patches, as well as recommending system upgrades or changes to improve our learning setup and the user experience

  • Develops reports and queries, as well as compiles and communicates performance metrics

  • Lead integrations with other internal LMS as well as data load initiatives

  • Works closely with HRIS counterparts on integration issues, process redesign and overall HR Architecture impact

  • Manages Ad Hoc Projects related to the use of LMS within the broader business

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for LMS administrative support

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

  • Current experience with SuccessFactors LMS required

  • 5-7 years LMS System Administration – designing, implementing, troubleshooting learning, talent management gamification, collaboration, mentor and succession planning programs using LMS software

  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering online training using authoring tools including Articulate, Captivate, and Vyond (previously GoAnimate)

  • Proficient in HTML, Javascript/coding, XML, CSS, MS Office, Adobe Suite

  • Reporting and analytics experience including strong Excel skills

  • Must be comfortable working as part of a team and independently
